Something Is Wrong...Error!
K, I have Nightfall- Proph - Faction. I usually always have something wrong with each chpt. In Proph i always get "stuck" in Factions i lag- in Nightfall I Freeze. I got passed the stuckness and the lag. But now i have this problem.
This usually happens once i enter the Domain of Pain and when im in Honur Hill. I Really wish this didnt happen. I think its something wrong with my Graphics and Video Card.
I have Intel(R) Extreme Graphics 2. Is there any updated driver or whatever you would recommend?

Not sure, but on my old IBM with a similar graphics chip to your my NF would run very slowly, because of more advanced textures and stuff on account of newness, while proph would run better, factions was a bit worse than proph. EotN killed me.
Can you tell us your other system specs?

Tai is right. At least a part of your problem lies in the fact that the graphics for each game is a little more demanding. Make sure your graphics settings in game are at a minimum and see what happens.
If you are already at minimum graphics quality settings, then you will want to think about an upgrade for your machine.

My mate had a similar problem, (im assuming since i cant see the image), and that was that he was 'fine' everywhere until domain of secrets, then his card wouldnt let him go any further.
I logged as him, got him past secrets and he was fine again... it could just be the area.

This might be possible, but I could only see it being an huge issue in explorables. My understanding of the problem is that it is also manifesting in outposts, which in general shouldn't happen with minimum machine specs and minimum graphics settings.
Outpost throttle the graphics settings right back. So even on the latest rig the graphics are pretty terrible. Explorables are where the higher fidelity graphics are, so if it is only an explorable area problem it is possible that it could manifest on only one or two maps.
Either way the I'd still recommend a rig upgrade if possible.

Intel Graphics, such as the one you have, are not supported by Guild Wars. There are work arounds, but you have to be fairly tech savvy to do them.
The only real advice we can give is the buy a better graphics card. Sorry...
